The rooms and house for rent are located in a particular stone structure, whose restoration was completed in April 2012.

The interior is nicely finished with lots of wood and wrought iron, giving guests a pleasant sensation of time. In front of the house there is a small private garden, of course available for guests. The activity of B & B, offers a family-run accommodation in room with bath or rent an entire apartment complete with living room - fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one is doube), bathroom, terrace and small garden, (6/7 beds total) .

Access to the apartment like rooms with bathroom is idipendent for your privacy.

From here you can enjoy panoramic views of Mount Sumbra truly remarkable, one of the peaks of the Apuan Alps and the lake.

The kitchen is simple, tasty and healthy and makes extensive use of local products, including the famous mushrooms "Porcini". Among the typical products of the Garfagnana, remember the brown trout, maize Ottofile, also called Formenton, the tasty native chestnut flour, spelt IGP, forest fruits such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.

We remind you that the property is located in Vagli Sotto, near the Lake of Vagli in the bottom of which lies the village of Fabbriche di Careggine, magically come to light almost intact during the last flush. Event which attracted over one million visitors from all over Europe, curious to visit what is now the "ghost village" of Garfagnana.

We are near the ridges of the Apuan Alps and marble quarries, from which it derives a high-quality marble exported  all over the world.
